- Genuine Rear Caster Axle Bolt with Spacers — Black (Set of 2) for Razor Crazy Cart (V7+), Crazy Cart DLX, Crazy Cart Shift (V1+) & Crazy Cart Shift 2.0 — Part #W25143494195
Description
The rear caster axle bolts are among the smallest components on the Crazy Cart — and among the most safety-critical. Each axle bolt passes through the caster fork and wheel, securing the wheel in place and allowing it to rotate freely on the bearing. Without correctly fitted, undamaged axle bolts, the rear caster wheels cannot be held securely in the fork, and the cart's drift performance — and rider safety — are directly compromised.
Axle bolts are lost during wheel removal and replacement, damaged through overtightening, or simply worn through the repeated stress of drifting sessions. This is the genuine factory replacement set, supplied as two complete axle bolt assemblies — one for each rear caster. Each assembly consists of a female barrel nut, a male threaded fastener, and a 4mm spacer, providing everything required to secure a 76mm x 30mm rear caster wheel correctly in the caster fork.
The black finish matches the factory specification of the Crazy Cart V7+, Crazy Cart DLX, Crazy Cart Shift, and Crazy Cart Shift 2.0, and the 4mm spacer is sized specifically for the 30mm-wide wheel used across all these models — ensuring the wheel is centred correctly in the fork with the correct bearing preload.
Correct Specification for 76mm x 30mm Wheels — The 4mm spacer included with each axle bolt is sized specifically for the 30mm-wide rear caster wheel used on the Crazy Cart V7+, Crazy Cart DLX, Crazy Cart Shift, and Crazy Cart Shift 2.0. Using an incorrectly sized spacer causes the wheel to sit off-centre in the fork, creating uneven bearing load, accelerated bearing wear, and compromised caster swivel — all of which degrade drift performance.
Complete Assembly — Barrel Nut, Fastener, and Spacer Included — Each axle bolt assembly includes the female barrel nut, the male threaded fastener, and the spacer. All three components are required for a correct installation, and all three are included in this set — there is no need to source the barrel nut or spacer separately.
Genuine Factory Fit — As a genuine manufacturer part, the thread specification, bolt diameter, and spacer dimensions align exactly with the caster fork and wheel specification of the compatible models. Generic hardware with incorrect thread pitch or diameter risks cross-threading the barrel nut, which can permanently damage the caster fork.
Safety-Critical Hardware — A loose or incorrectly fitted axle bolt allows the rear caster wheel to move laterally in the fork during drifting, creating unpredictable handling and the risk of the wheel detaching under load. Replacing damaged or missing axle bolts with the correct genuine set restores the secure, predictable caster action the cart was designed to deliver.
Black Finish to Factory Specification — The black finish matches the factory hardware specification of the Crazy Cart V7+, Crazy Cart DLX, Crazy Cart Shift, and Crazy Cart Shift 2.0, maintaining the clean, original appearance of the cart's undercarriage.

Version check — important: This axle bolt set is designed for models using the 76mm x 30mm rear caster wheel with a 4mm spacer. It is not compatible with the Crazy Cart V1–V6, which use a different axle bolt specification designed for the narrower 76mm x 24mm wheel. Always confirm your model version before ordering. How to identify your version: Locate the barcode sticker on your battery cover or the bottom of the frame. The 7th and 8th digits of the product ID code indicate your version number (e.g., ""07"" = Version 7)
