HT Brights Batteries (set of 2)

One of the units Is faulty.

We ordered replacement batteries under invoice number 132416 and order number #10311 (email [****]).. They arrived during the week (via UPS on Feb 24th).

One half of the pair appears to be faulty. Unir numbe 0070720231016.

When the 'new' pair of batteries were installed and fully charged, I went to power the hovertrack on and it beeped incessantly and a red light displayed. Nothing else happened.

I then reverted to the old batteries and the unit functioned as normal.

I then installed the new batteries again and it did the same as when first installed (incessant beeping).

I then installed half of the old battery and half of the new battery (battery which I have attached an image of) and incessant beeping occurred again.

I then reversed the pair (other old battery and other new battery) and it worked ok and provided 2 x time as with original old batteries.

I can only conclude that the battery that i have attached a picture of is faulty.
I note also that the date of manufacture of the "new" batteries is 2023 which to my mind is not "new".

Can you arrange to send me new replacement batteries? I presume there will be no extra charge.
